Because of convenient construction, economy cost, reasonable force, driving comfort for prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,it was widly used in China, and bridge with 100-300m main span was almost the first choice.But in cantilever construction process of prestressed concrete Continuous rigid frame bridge, built beam block could not be regulation in the late construction, for guarantee linear and internal force of bridge in design control range in close up of cantilever, construction control work must be done in bridge construction. In the present work, the establishment of a construction control model, the control system, the monitoring program, the error adjustment and other control and organizational systems were studied on the basis of construction monitoring projects of continuous rigid frame bridges. The results provided a reference for the perfection of the construction control technology of continuous rigid bridges.First, the development process of prestressed concrete rigid frame bridges was briefly reviewed. The design idea of the rigid frame bridge and the construction methods were stated in details. The research status and results on the control of bridge constructions at home and abroad were introduced. The necessity and importance of this work was explained.Second, the importance of construction control, the main content, the structure analysis and error adjustment methods of long span continuous rigid frame bridges were introduced, particularly the structure analysis and error adjustment methods, which provided theoretical supports for construction control practice. A control principle of iteration through the combination of in-order and inversion methods was established,on the basis of which a construction method by dual control of stress and linear control was suggested.Third, the establishment of a construction monitoring system of continuous rigid frame bridges was investigated. The construction monitoring system of a continuous rigid frame bridge was taken for example in this work. The preliminary calculation of the control data, construction control analysis, establishment of a calculation model, set-up of the control system, and implementation of the monitoring programs were demonstrated in details. Through the establishment of a more perfect construction control technique systems, the linearity and stress of the major beams of the bridge were in accordance with the control target. The finished bridge is safe and reliable. The construction control result fully met the design requirements.
