Overhead catenary system portal structure is used on railway especially on multi-railway of station yard. It is also called portal frame system or portal girder system. The structure mainly by the gate-type steel truss formed with the load-bearing cable, there are a number of subsidiary structures, such as insulator, wrist and arm, hanging column and so on. Catenary hard across China in the field of a late start on their research and use is still relatively backward, so a systematic study of their work performance, better play to their advantages of great significance.With the speed of trains operating on the rise, many originally low speed phenomena can be ignored, will become an additional important interaction between the train and the air is the case, the role of the train winds across the structure of OCS is one of the an important component. At present the study on the train wind loads are mostly aimed at the human body, bridges, and stations and other related areas, and for the hard across the catenary structure study also remain in the role of wind load and earthquake and so on. Combine the two factors, considering the role of the train the wind across the docking hardware structure of OCS, has not been reported.For the catenary structure and train hard across the characteristics of the wind speed train theory and design method, was proposed for the structure of hard across the train air damper set formula. On this basis, considering the structural system work together on catenary hard across the structure-the whole cable model. Consider the different conditions, the train wind alone, the train winds coupled with the natural wind, the train wind coupled with seismic, the structure of the displacement and stress response analysis. Analysis shows that:In considering the wind and vehicle air coupling, the hard part of the bar across the internal forces of structural change occurring phenomenon number, and some of the increase is substantial internal forces of rod, attention should be paid; When the train speed is higher than 300km/h, should adopt streamlined trains, high-speed train through the taniguchi and tunnel should slow down.
