With the construction of the west of our country developing at top speed and the need of construction of mountainous expressway,the tunnel engineering,especially the tunnels on the mountainous expressway,will be increased day by day,the expressway tunnels are developing to greatly acrosses and the large crossing,and the request of expressway tunnel engineering construction in mountain range to the construction and the design is more and more high. Because of the complexity and indetermination of tunnel engineering, original tunnel structure design and evaluation method have already canned not meet the demands, so it is very necessary to make use of viable analysis method's of protecting structure credibility to carry on evaluation and the judgment to the tunnel.The project is basing on the transportation hall research item in Gansu province------the research of tianbao special features expressway tunnel constructs and manages technology, with the second long road tunnel in Asia--tianbao expressway Maijishan tunnel (length 12.29 km) as the engineering background, and the field observation pays more attention to research on the change regulations of the first lining and the lattice girder,then provide a measured basis for the model experimental and simulation analysis, to combined with indoor model test and numerical simulation of tunnel support structure and its reliability was studied and discussed. In addition, taking into account the iMPact of mountain expressway tunnel structure support system reliability factor,coefficient of lateral pressure at different levels and different rock conditions, by the laboratory study methods of tunnel surrounding rock and support system to study the force structure. Finally, the project applicated on different rock road tunnel under the numerical simulation support system by the finite element software, obtained the conditions of support at all levels of rock structure under the system properties, coMPared the reliability of the system structure.
