| The vehicle control is one of the key techniques in PEV, it is an important factor in national independent intellectual property rights. Supported by a provincial scientific project, this dissertation mainly focuses on the controller of PEV. Specifically, the main work and contributions of the dissertation are summarized as follows:1. Based on the worldwide research, The power supply of the pure electric vehicles (PEV) and a design of vehicle control system was finished from the three considerations of driving system, economical efficiency and power parameter。2. A design proposal for the controller w.r.t. signal, exterior, technical requirements, device selection was developed. According to the design proposal, The hardware circuit of controller including the minimum system, output circuit of PWM signal and so on was designed.3. The control software was designed from software reliability, structure, control flow, etc. In order to improve the performance of driving and regenerative braking, the corresponding control strategy was proposed. The drive controller based on fuzzy PID algorithm was designed.4. After debugging the hardware and software, the controller was tested on transmission test bench in laboratory. |
