Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy and people's living standard improving, especially for the power of energy demand will be more productive. How to improve the design methods, to improve the map methods, how to optimize design, how to shorten the cycle of power plant construction and to shorten the production operation to meet fast economic growth and the rapid growing demand for electricity has become a problem. Therefore, combining advanced enterprise management, using 3d technology to realize the design method of changes on the electric power enterprise, is the premise of modern design method.The thesis combines the power of the current development and design industry, analyses the actual power design technology, combining with the business needs its own characteristics, the electric power industry in China for PDMS power design industry in custom applications are studied. Based on the structural model proposed PDMS general framework of the system, system structure, combining the DESIGN status and HUNAN design features, DESIGN module customized application are discussed in detail, and discusses the system structure, function, DESIGN module related technology function module and checking function model attribute inquires further analysis, research and implementation. Based on the PML we got the Module model properties's technical characteristics.The PDMS system which this paper discussed has used in eight electric power design institutes,the functional modules of DESIGN customization and application technology in China has played a positive role.
