The Study On Traffic Spatial Organizing Structure And Optimizing Countermeasures In Changchun

As the urbanization process speeding up and the enlargement of the cities, urban traffic problems become even worse. Urban traffic congestion spreads in our country, restricts the comprehensive development of urban economy and society and environment. It has the profound significance for the development of urban comprehensive transportation to solve the traffic problems. Since 2000, urban traffic congestion in Changchun becomes even worse and is to be solved.There are factors of three aspects effect the urban traffic problems. This paper is emphasis on only one of them that is transportation special organization.This thesis is divided into seven parts:Part I the preface: Introduce the research background and the basic knowledge and optimization meanings of traffic organization problems; introduce the current research home and abroad; illustrate the goals and content and methods of the research.Part II illustrates the theory basis of the thesis: traffic demand forecast theory, traffic development strategy plan theory, etc. In-depth analyze the essences of the theories above, emphasis on the combining between optimization methods and traffic situation.Part III emphasizes on the traffic current situation in Changchun: analyze the Urban traffic organizational characteristics and the main problems facing.Part IV proposes the methods and goals of traffic organization optimization: starts with analyzing the traffic increasing trend, and then proposes the methods and goals of traffic organization optimization.Part V proposes the main path of traffic organization optimization: we propose the optimization measures and optimal path from road network structure, traffic mode, expressway net, overpass, parking lot, transfer center, etc.Part VI proposes the measures of the traffic organization optimization: proposes the specific measures from the three aspects of politics and management and plan to promote the optimization.Part VII the conclusion: general summarizes the research conclusions, and analyzes the deficiencies of the thesis. And the thesis should be perfected in the research followed.
