Distribution Loss Reduction Monitoring System Design And Application

As part of the core technologies in Smart Grid development, on-line monitoring technology is concentrating itself on the research and application in distribution network. In this paper, the design and application of loss reduction monitoring system of distribution network are mainly covered to solve the problem of line loss management in distribution network.On-line monitoring system consists of information collection of power consumption, on-line monitoring for magnetic field, current loop monitoring unit and main stations. The communication between acquisition units and equipments, between acquisition units, and between acquisition units, main collection station and the management terminal is achieved by RS485 bus, ZIGBEE, and GPRS / GSM. Power theft monitoring for ferromagnetic interference, closed-loop monitoring for current loop, management of terminal information acquisition unit and the real-time interaction are the innovation spot of this paper.In the application of loss reduction monitoring system of distribution network in Qingyuan County, problems in the work of power loss management in distribution network are solved, coming to a good effect of loss reduction.
