On the basis of reading a lot of literature and analysis of wind turbine works,this paper summed up the wind turbine's modeling technology and control Strategy technology,aslo set up the mechanism of the whole system dynamic model and simulation model. Meanwhile,for the different of high-speed and low-speed's control theory,this paper designed different fuzzy controller and conducted a simulation experiment when the wind speed is low and high. Simulation results show that the fuzzy Control System had tracked of the best tip speed ratio when the wind speed is low,and get a stable output power when the wind speed is high. Fuzzy controller are designed to make wind power generation system has a good stability and dynamic performance, and to make wind turbine drive system has good flexibility,also illustrate that fuzzy control system has a high application value on complex non-linear systems.
