This article introduced the working principle of modern chopper cascade speed control system at first. Then the transfer functions of every link of modern chopper cascade speed control system are established, such as DC chopper circuit and asynchronous motor. Regulator parameters of double-loop control system are tuned based on the transfer function. The formulas of regulator parameters are deduced. The findings will be applied to the actual motor, and the stability of double closed-loop control is proved from theory and experiment. The measurements of current and speed for double closed-loop control are given. For the digital of modern chopper cascade speed double closed-loop control system, the main theoretical basis and design of digital regular are described.
