The Effect On Net Coal Consumption Rate Of Coal-fired Boiler Under Different Running Parameters

It is of great realistic significance to optimize operating process and control energy consumption for production segment in thermal power plants. Based on analyzing running parameters of steam boiler, the main works includes: 1 All the energy losses were analysed. The influence to net coal consumption by running parameters which casused the losses was analysed. The regulative measurements were proposed. 2 The calculation methods of net coal consumption were set up of different running patameters. The degree to the net coal consumption rate caused by the change of running parameters was calculated. 3 The change of some parameters would influence the boiler's combustion and other parameters. These parameters were optimized. 4 By using orthogonal experiment one experiment scheme was proposed which could get the optimum working condition on mul-factors.
