In the past 5 years, the production of automotives rising as 24%each year. The sales of automotives reach at 7 million in 2006 of the whole nation; The sales of automotives reache at 8.79 million and the production is 8.88 million in 2007 of the whole nation, rising as 22.02%; In the year of 2008, the production of automotives reaches at 9.34 million, rising as 5.2%compare with last year. In the year 2009, the production of automotives reaches at 13.64 million, rising as 4.6%, a milestone of 10million. The character of automotives industry is technology-intensive,monetary-intensive,good combination property, high added value, the development of automotives industry drives the rapid development of relevant industry, and derives the interior industry too.In this thesis, the operational principle of lamination process were firstly discussed, then combined with the project company's actual production environment, selected and verify the key components-vacuum pump, What's more, it carried out a very comprehensive study of the internal fluid flow of lamination process, to slove the common defect-PVC fold, The main contents of the works can be summarized as follows:1. The key process of lamination is the temperature of PVC skin. The heating temperature of PVC skin is decided by the character of the skin and the adhesives. The temperature of the PVC skin should higer than the melt temperature of glue, in this situation, the PVC skin keeps a good tensile properties and flow property2. Verify the capacity of the vacuum pump by referring to the existing vacuum pump, to ensure the capacity is enough to eliminate the fluctuate of vacuum degree when sequential manufacture.3. Established a suitable turbulence model for vacuum-pumping referring to the turbulent characteristics in the lamination field, and carried out a simulation of the lamination field by using the Fluent. Through the depths of the associate shaping bar to simulate the process of lamination, and compare the effect on depth of associate shaping bar, providing a theory evidence of optimum design for lamination.
