People are demanding more and more on logistics. And in the whole process of production and sales logistics' status is constantly increasing.Efficient, low-cost, punctual logistics will be the goal which people are pursuing. With the rising prices of labor costs and fuel, long-distance logistics will be more inclined to heavy-duty truck which owns efficient single-reduction drive axle. The advantages of single-reduction drive axle are as follows:it is a lower cost drive axle with simple structure and simple manufacturing technology.The research of the double passive gear drive axle in this paper is an efficient, stable and high torque of the new Single Reduction Drive Axle. This paper elaborates the overall structure of the reducer of double passive gear drive axle and designs the various parts of the double passive gear drive axle in detail. The main contents are as follows:(1) This paper designs the overall structure of the reducer of double passive gear drive axle. It describes structural form and structural features of the double passive gear drive axle. And it discusses the working principle of the dual passive gear drive axle and how the drive axle doubles the output torque. And it discusses how the two passive gears achieve differential and structure and supporting forms of the differential.(2) This paper designs the main reducer of the drive axle. It designs the structural form of main reducer and the bearing type of the active gear and passive gear. It elaborates the choice of basic parameters of the cylinder gears and hypoid bevel gears. And it outlines the form of gear damage. Finally, it does the strength analysis of the hypoid bevel gears.(3) This paper elaborates the parametric modeling method of the cylinder gears by using related CATIA modules. And it creates CATIA standard parts library of the involutes gear, which makes the modeling of involutes gear once and for all. Further more it makes the contact model of gears assembled in order to import ANSYS, ADAMS and other related software modules which can make structural analysis and dynamic analysis.(4) In order to ensure the gear could work naturally in its life expectancy, its tooth root must have a capacity of anti-bend and its tooth face must have a capacity of contact strength. This paper Based on ANSYS software analyzes the gear tooth root strength and the gear tooth face strength. It includes:the simplification of import gear model, the definition of element properties, meshing, applying displacements and loads, creating contacts, solving and the analysis of the conclusions. |
