With the rapid development of the micro-computer control technology, electronic power technology and control theory, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor has been widely used in various fields because of its excellent performance and a variety of structures which are the industrial and agricultural production,daily life,aerospace and defense and so on.Thus the study for permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system has important theoretical significance and practical value.In this paper,picking Motor Control ASIC ARM to be the controller,whose core is ARM Cortex-M3,uses vector control type of frequency control devices to achieve Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor speed control.The research work in this paper is in the following areas.First access to various types of information,systematic analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.Based on Clark and Park transformation,obtain the mathematical model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in the dq rotating coordinates. Paper describes Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor speed control system,which uses the rotor flux-oriented vector control.Depth analysis of the use of id=0 vector control technology and SPWM modulation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor speed control system works,and discusses the speed and current control strategy,designs sofeware-based programming digital PI regulator.Paper introduce the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor speed control system hardware and software design.The article describe control circuit with the controlling core of STM32,while design system software control.Paper complete the main program,interrupt control procedures as well as the design of the various subroutines.Then,based on the mathematical model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in the dq rotating coordinates,create a simulation model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor control system in the simulation tool MATLAB/Simulink.In this paper,hysteresis current way to track the SPWM signal generated PWM control inverter is simulated. And the simulation results are obtained to verify the control algorithms used in the feasibility and correctness.
