Currently support systems of box girder construction which composed by the bowl-shape-fastener scaffolding are common used. Generally the way of the analysis for scaffolding support systems was simplifying the space model to plane model, just analyze the mechanical behavior of a single vertical pole ignoring the effect of horizontal pole. But in the actual process of construction, the scaffolding is under space stress-distribution affection, then the plane model neither appropriate nor economize. What's more, it's very dangerous that the construction procedure of ramp bridge when the scaffolding arrangement based on the analysis of single vertical pole.This article mainly analyzes the bowl-shape-fastener scaffolding support system in bridge construction. It analyzed the space stress-distribution of the scaffolding by simulating the different condition in bridge construction with FEM, studied the stress features on the bowl-shape-fastener scaffolding by contrasting the results of analysis and of test, put forward the suggestion for arrangement optimization, and makes the bridge construction more safe and economy. The main research contents as follows:1. The research on integrated space modeling on bowl-shape-fastener scaffolding support system;2. The stress of the scaffolding in different part and in different condition;3. The real-time monitor and the contrasting with theory;4. The research on arrangement optimization for support system;5. The research on safety of the high support system.The result of the study provide the basic date and technical endorsement for researching space stress and safety of the scaffolding, as well as a method on accurate stress control in contraction process. It makes the scaffolding arrangement more wise and the simulation more advanced, ensure the engineering more safe and cheap, and gain much economic benefits and community benefits.
