| The amount of vehicle increased quickly with the sustained and rapid development of economic in our country, people pay more and more attention on vehicle safety and comfort. As one of the most important safety component in vehicles, seats link the crew to vehicle body. At present, the research of car seat safety is more mature in our country while we have not pay sufficient attention to passenger seat safety.Relying on the project of"Research of Measurement Technique for Seat Dynamic Performance"undertaken by Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision, this paper chose vehicle seat as the research subject, explaining the importance of seat safety, research methods and research status at home and abroad. The author studied the collision theory used in trolley dynamic test carefully and carried out dynamic test for passenger seat manufactured domestic according to the strictest professional standard-Australian Standard ADR68/00"Occupant Protection in Buses". After the test, the author analyzed the test result, the result indicated that this passenger seat safety failed to meet the standard. So the seats need for further structural optimization before they can come into the Australian market.The author established the finite element model of passenger seat, utilizing the HybridIII-50th dummy added the element model of seat belt system in order to generate the whole model for simulation analysis. Then the author carried out computer simulation for the model and compared the simulation result with the result of the actual trolley dynamic test so as to analyze the similarities between these two results. If the results do not match, then we need to modify the simulation model till the result match with the actual dynamic test.Unfortunately, the result of the simulation did not meet the desired effect due to the restricted conditions and short time. The research of seat dynamic test and simulation analysis in this paper is one of a few attempts for seat dynamic test according to the international standard. The research of dynamic test for seat safety performance analysis has some practical significance on passenger seat development in our country, also, it is beneficial to improve our country's self-development capabilities for seats product and shorten the gap with foreign advanced technology. |
