The prestressed concrete bridge becomes one of richest competitive power main bridges,by its structure stress performance good, distorts, the expansion joint to be few slightly, the driving smooth comfortable, the modeling succinct artistic, the maintenance resilience is small, earthquake resistance ability strong and so on. Thus for concrete materials, proposed high crack resistance, high durability, high volume and so on high performance request. In order to adapt to the rapid development of concrete performance requirements, People by improving the composition and the preparation of concrete technology, put forward the new fiber reinforced concrete composite building materials. However, with constant engineering practice, it was discovered that the use of conventional fibers to improve the mechanical properties of concrete the same time, there are corrosion and high prices of the two sides. Two problems that to find a corrosion fiber and reduce the cost of fiber reinforced concrete will be resolvedPaper have researched the fine aggregate concrete composite short fibers that is used in PC-span continuous beam bridge 0 # a key part of the block. By choosing two very good anticorrosive GRC fiber and PVA fiber, fiber reinforced concrete split tests in laboratory experiments. We obtain two different fiber volume percentage of fiber reinforced concrete splitting tensile strength, to determine the optimum blending two kinds of fiber volume, and optimum GRC fiber concrete. Through modeling analysis to the zero block of continuous Bridge in Liberian, we have found easy to crack sites in a variety of load cases, and trial designed that the GRC fiber reinforced concrete would be used for easy to crack the site in continuous beams. Numerical results show that short fiber composite using the new fine aggregate concrete can satisfy the requirements of structure strength, crack resistance and reduces the requirements of the bridge. It can be used to guide on the same fiber span prestressed concrete girder bridge design.This article finally from ordinary concrete and fiber concrete construction craft, PVA fiber and GRC fiber efficiency,PVA fiber and GRC fiber reinforced concrete splitting strength three aspects elaborated has used the GRC fiber concretes in the structure tensile stress big spot the significance.
