| The silt arrester is an effective engineering measure about soil and water conservation in Loess Plateau. It not only can prevent soil erosion effectively, but also form the cultivated land, and it plays an important role in making full use of land and water resources and controlling soil erosion. The arrangement of silt arrester system is a very important factor to determine the safety and efficient operation of silt arrester system. So the research about evaluation methods and models of the arrangement of silt arrester system has an important theoretical and practical significance in rational arrangement of silt arrester system and improving the benefits and safety of silt arrester system.The author consulted lots of reference home and abroad, combining with the practical situation of the construction of silt arrester system in China, by the technique route of linking theory with instances analysis, the evaluation of the arrangement of silt arrester system was studied, main achievements are as follows:(1)Aiming to the practical situation of the construction of the arrangement of silt arrester system, referring to the research results before, the synthetical evaluation index system of the arrangement of silt arrester system is established from five aspects: the economy, technology, social effect, ecological environment and managing.(2)The multi-layer fuzz evaluation model is established on the base that read correlated theory and application case and according to the character that qualitative and quantitative factor is combined. The algebra value of the synthetical evaluation is calculated and realizes the multi-objective and dynamic synthetical evaluation of the arrangement of silt arrester system and whether the synthetical evaluation of the arrangement of silt arrester system realizes the set objective is determined through determining the weight and the membership of the index.(3)Aiming to the lack of the technical regulations and norms about high silt arrester, through lots of investigation and looking up a large number of specifications and materials, and combined with practical experiences of the experts, we get the technical system of the high silt arrester preliminarily, it has great significance in supplying the necessary technical support and theoretical basis for the construction of high silt arrester, promoting the arrangement of silt arrester system to work better and more scientific and rational, and improving the use of soil and water resources, the benefits of individual silt arrester, and the comprehensive benefits of regional silt arrester system.(4)This paper uses the synthetical evaluation index system of the arrangement of silt arrester system and the multi-layer fuzz evaluation model to evaluate and analyze the arrangement of silt arrester system in the small watershed of JIANG JIA GOU in Xian Yang city of Shaanxi Province. The research result shows that the synthetical evaluation index system of the arrangement of silt arrester system is objective and comprehensive, and the multi-layer fuzz evaluation model of the arrangement of silt arrester system is scientific, rational and feasible, and the technical system of the high silt arrester we get preliminarily is necessary.In a word, the construction of the silt arrester system is in full swing in our country, and the engineering technology of the silt arrester system is getting more sophisticated. The research about the index system and the evaluation model will give a better guidance to the design, construction and management of the engineering which will help to alleviate the increasingly serious situation of soil erosion and popularize the silt arrester system. It also has important application value for improving the synthetical benefit of the silt arrester system. |
