Brushless DC Motor drive electric vehicle, must have a higher performance of the control system, require high precision of control system, quickly tracking speed, and have frequent start, stop, real-time acceleration and deceleration features. Traditional control methods can not satisfy the requirements, Research advanced brushless motor control system for electric vehicle drive and speed control plays the role of crucial importance, this article designed a control system that the TMS320F2812 is core of the control system. Research advanced control strategies is also an important aspect for brushless DC motor control system design, this paper uses artificial neural network intelligent PID control algorithm. In the control system of motor, high-precision detection of speed to get high-precision control system. The research of brushless DC motor position and speed detection method is an important part of the method of brushless DC motor control. This paper proposes the image displacement algorithm to detect rotor position and the motor speed, and designed detection system. The research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Analyze the theory traditional PID algorithm and artificial neural network theory intelligent control algorithm, in order to verify the superiority of the latter than the former, in the Simulink simulation platform built double-loop brushless motor control system simulation model, the speed controller modules were added two control algorithms, analysis of the simulation results of two control algorithms, intelligent control algorithm obtained the advanced nature.(2)For brushless motor rotor position and speed detection, introduce the image displacement algorithm, the method is based on the basic idea of an autocorrelation, and improve it. This article describes the principle of image displacement algorithm, the image displacement algorithm uses linear array CCD to non-contact measure the motor, image measurement method is used to achieve linear array CCD measure speed, so the introduction of the image displacement algorithm to achieve the calculation of the speed.(3) On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation, and design the control system TMS320F2812 chip as the core of system. On the basis of the control system respectively design based on the photoelectric encoder and the image displacement algorithm rotor position and speed detection system, On the basis of photoelectric encoder detection system as the feedback system, to verify the feasibility of image displacement algorithm detection system, has better accuracy and real-time than the traditional optical encoder detection method.
