Research On China Railway Information Services In Network Environment

In the context of the reform of railway management system, increasing speed in large-scale, as well as transport passenger and freight separately, the theory of railway information service is relatively backward, there is no complete information service system, and the traditional way of railway information services and content can not meet the needs of railway users. How to adjust the flow of time and space distribution and to improve the road network capable? It is improving the level of rail information services that is becoming the focus of study railways and other transport means.Firstly, the research objective, significance and ideas of China railway information service system were proposed according to information service status of domestic railway and other domestic transportation modes in network environment. The second chapter organized and divided railway information resources, summarized the service objects and service channels and analyzed the service demand of railway decision and supporting information, passenger and freight information.Then, from the management point of view, the paper established railway customer relationship management architecture on e-commerce environment and railway user information system framework for interactive services; designed a railway information service platform based on integrating the various systems and summarized the implementation technology of railway information service. At the same time, the evaluation indicators, evaluation principles and evaluation methods were proposed. The paper also pointed out that the evaluation of information service is the trends of evaluation foe information service in network environment.Finally, the paper investigated, analyzed information services of domestic and international rail and made evaluations, pointed out that China's railway information services would strengthen the development of investment planning form the design of ticket formal, means and methods of ticketing and ticket check-in, services channels, evaluation system and so on.
