It is an important way to achieve safe and economic operation by on-line monitoring of boiler temperature field in coal power plant. The traditional contact-monitoring method has the disadvantages of short lifetime temperature measuring devices, high cost of replacement and long period of temperature measurement. Besides, in the traditional way of measuring, measuring object has to be treated as measured point, which can not reflect burning situation in boiler directly and completely. The new method of monitoring of boiler temperature field---the online non-contact monitoring of temperature distribution can reflect burning situation in boiler vividly and directly with less loss of measuring devices and low cost of the measuring, which plays a significant role in economic and safe operation of coal power plant.On-line monitoring of temperature field has been applied in some foreign coal power plants, and it has achieved economy and safety guarantee. However, only few university research teams in China begin to carry on such research in this field. Therefore, it has great value to study on-line monitoring of temperature field technology.On the base of previous researches, the present study designed and implemented a two-dimensional temperature field rebuilt system based on ARM-Linux and ultrasound, aiming to design temperature field rebuilt system as a whole set of industrial monitoring device.The study designs a design of two-dimensional temperature field rebuilt system in coal power plant. The research studies on principle of acoustic thermometry, selection of wavesound frequency and installment of sensors and designed host, client and sensors in the system. The selection and design of hardware are divided into three parts to study:circuit design of sensors, selection and design of host hardware and the client selection. On this foundation, complete system software design is carried out, which includes programming of SCM; selection, cutting and transplant of embedded operation system, construction of QT programming environment; cross-compile programming of QT/E library; Linux serial programming as well as cross-compile programming and exploration of data collection in QT/E programming. Furthermore, the study investigates temperature field rebuilt algorithm based on least-squares method algorithm. Then data simulation is implemented. Data simulation results are satisfied and coincide with the expected design purposes.
