Research On Commercial Residential Storage Space Optimization Design

With economic development, China's housing industry development has made significant progress. However, the current housing both in the development or design also are still focused on the size, layout,and so on. The design of the storage space has had been ignored.In order to understand the current status of residential storage space, carried out a number of families living state research. By accessing, mapping, photography and other methods, summarizes the current storage of residential items that exist in the goods storage. By drawing maps of temporal goods, features of each house and distribution space, have in-depth understanding of residential items. Through in-depth access to habitant, the problem of storage is summarized and concluded, and analyzes the causes of the problem.In the research process of system theory, this paper puts forward the concept of storage system, namely the storage system by three components which are people, objects, and storage space. A certain relationship between the three linked structures, which are the sponsors of storage behavior, there will be various live acts corresponding different items and different items will require different storage space, and human behavior itself also need a reasonable storage space to accommodate the extension. Through the three elements of storage system and its structure, proposes the principle of storage space, and study methods and strategies to be taken.Through a detailed analysis of the three elements of residential storage systems, proposes a number of methods for residential storage space optimization design. Especially some of storage space design optimization methods in residential building design stage:complete wall, reasonable length wall battlements, dislocation wall, complex space, reasonable set hanging cabinet. Each function of residential space are studied.Guided by the results of research the author carried out optimal design of residential instance.
