The Search On The Green Building Assessment System Of Sichuan Province

In recent years, how regional features impact green building assessment system are becoming more and more important as green buildings greatly develop in china, on June 1st,2006, china's first national green building assessment standard was published. Despite indicating the principles and main contents, the standard also presents it should consider regional features, such as climates, resources, cultures ect, to make assessment result more accurate and feasible for buildings located in different areas.How to construct green building assesssment on the basis of regional features is urgently needed to guild the development of green building.Under such a background, this paper firstly specifies the content of the national green building assessment standard into more detailed iterms and analyses the impact of 12 features of regional climate, resource and economic on them. Secondly, the impact consequence is measured in importance index. Finally, a mount of independent index results are sumarised and intergrated to 2 conclusions:the importance sequence of assessment areas and the importance sequence of assessment contents.
