Research On Evaluation Of Operation Organization Of Urban Rail Transit Based On Transport Capacity

With the development of city, URT (urban rail transit) plays an increasingly important role.More and more cities come up with its design and construction. For its large construction investment and no reconstruction, transport capacity must be insured, which ensures the accomplished construction can meet passenger flow demand completely.The definition of factors influencing transport capacity of URT needs consider multiple comprehensive indexes. It is limited if transport capacity is to maximize only. Factors restrict each other in some index. So definition of factors needs to analyze every factor from the whole system. Factors influencing transport capacity is relative to the specific operation organization and so the most rational operation organization is the focus.In the dissertation, three aspects are discussed which are analysis of factors influencing transport capacity of URT, evaluation of URT operation organization based on factors influencing transport capacity and design of evaluating system. In the first, it analyzes factors influencing transport capacity in detail including blocking type on lines, turn-back station type and operation, routing modes of urban rail transit, coach type,marshalling and seating capacity and gives common calculating formula of transport capacity of URT. Then the index system of evaluation based on transport capacity is established. The weight of every factor is assured and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to get the optimal operation organization of URT. There is a specific example which applies the above evaluating method and transport capacity of the optimal operation organization is obtained. At last, according to evaluating system demand analysis of the operation organization based on transport capacity, system structure framework is established and based on that, specific design of function is also going on.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method is very adaptive in the evaluation of operation organization of URT based on transport capacity. The evaluating system design of operation organization of URT based on transport capacity is meaningful for the intelligent development of URT.
