Current surrouding rocks classification is based on tunnel stability,there is no available data about drillability& abrasiveness of surrourding rocks which has great connection with tunneller operation.With the wide use of TBM gradully,Overseas engineers have accumulated great useful achievements in the technology field about surrouding rocks classification.they point out that rocks classification and strength and drillability& abrasiveness and rock crack and other structure data will affect with TBM's model,efficiency and support data greatly.We have achieved some TBM Support methods for hardrocks and weak rocks and tunnelling data and surrounding rocks adaptablity during the open TBM tunnelling process in QingLing Mountain and MouGouLling Mountain,while the TBM tunneling efficiency in QingLing Mountain and MouGouLing Mountain is still a little lower compared with that of overseas.so it is necessary to do system research about the key factors which affect tunnelling speed and support methods.Based on the research results about open TBM support methods in Qingling Mountain tunnel and MouGouLin Mountain tunnel and tunnelling data and surrounding rocks adaptablity,and also referring to geological condition for ZhongtianShan Mountain tunnel project,will make research in relevant connection among TBM surrounding rocks classification metheod and geological structure and efficiency and then present the research report about TBM support methods and tunnelling data and surrounding rocks adaptablity.This report will refer to ZhongTianShan Mountain tunnel project as sample and site research combined with statistics imitating Analysis is to be used as key research means and indoor experiment as assistant. compare and prove mutually, mainly research about below several items.(1) TBM Tunnelling process and statistics imitating Analysis research.(2) Effect with tunnelling efficiency based on different tunnelling data.(3) Means to get the data affected tunnelling speed and rules for the indoor experiment.(4) To analyze defective tunnel which brings bad effect for TBM constructon and provide construction methods during the defective tunnel.
