Urban Rail Transit has prominent feature of easing traffic congestion, fast, safe, convenient, and reducing environmental pollution. Its advantages have been recognized throughout the world. Vigorously the development of public transport, the development of rail transportation as the backbone, inter-modal and coordinated development of urban public transport system, the formation of a multi-level, three-dimensional and integrated transportation system has become a consensus. At first, the paper described the classification and generation mechanism of passenger flow, analyzed spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of passenger flow, put forward operating principles of organization solving the time and space uneven distribution of passenger flow. On this basis, it described the principles of vehicle based on selection and marshalling. With specific case analysis, illustrating the choice of selection and marshalling scheme.Secondly, the paper discussed the types of trains routing. And the paper summed up factors and principles of the train routing program set, given train routing program set steps. On this basis, taking the best match supply and demand as the objective, train routing comparison model was established based on the vehicle optimal allocation. And issues related train routing vehicle use planning were discussed. Finally, starting from the passenger traffic demand, the paper established a train stop optimization model based on passenger travel time saved most. And it conducted a sensitivity analysis of parameter concerned on model, given the steps to solve the model. With an example as an example, explicated the choice of stopping scheme.Aimed at theory, the paper explored problems involved in Urban Rail Transit operating organizations. Paper itself is a good attempt of the management of urban rail transit operators in-depth study.
