It a more and more important system engineering problem of railway transportation management to make a reasonable passenger train plan. Along with the developing of high-speed railway, it results in the passenger transportation network with those lines and there are both passenger and freight trains on the general-speed line and all those factors complicate the passenger train Plan.As Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway will be launched and operated, it is urgent to generate the appropriate passenger train plan, but the drafting and optimization methods of train plan are very complex and diverse, so it is very necessary to provide the train plan with information technology support, it will effectively help the formulation and adjustment of train plan. However in our country, the study of computer technology of optimization and management corresponding to train plan is not enough. Based on this status, this paper analyses and studies that the management systems corresponding to the train plan and its several modes of expression etc, and the system of the multi-granularity expression system of train plan is put forward, which is developed based on eclipse RCP Platform, it is to express by many modes and with the target of affording multi-granularity service, the system can complete the work of computer aided displaying of train plan, it also has the functions of querying line or station, interactive adjustment and statistical analysis. The development of this system can provide support to accelerate modernization of the railway management means and heighten the level of organization in railway transport.
