| Our government has always focused on the development of rural society. The investment of infrastructure in rural social is also growing. Transport is the first condition of social development in rural areas. As one of the most important infrastructure in rural society, the planning and development of rural road is being focused upon. In this paper, the layout of China's rural road network planning was studied. Firstly, the basic concept of the rural roads is expounded. The definition, function and characteristics of rural roads were clarified. At the same time, from the view point of supply and demand, the traffic characteristic of the rural road network was analyzed. Based on the above expounded and the following research content, the planning objectives and planning principles of the rural road network were given. The necessary step the rural road network planning is traffic demand forecast. From the view point of the economic, demographic and other aspects, the factors of rural highway traffic demand were analyzed. The traffic demand of rural road was forecasted with BP neural network .In order to give a better instruction of the application of the neural network, an example was given. An optimization method based on the was used to the layout optimization study of the rural road network planning. Firstly, from the aspects of selection principle, the node-level classification and the node degree model, the selection of the rural road node was analyzed. Then, combined with the above research of significant degree of nodes, the layout of rural road network planning was optimized in combined optimization model and solved in genetic algorithm. After finishing the planning, the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate the rural road network. During the establishment process of the evaluation index system, from the view point of technical, social and environmental, the evaluation index was selected and quantitative analyzed. |
