| With the implementation of western exploitation, the economy construction in west China enters into a new development period. The rapid development of economy and society in western region put forward new and higher request to highway net work planning. As a prophase work of highway construction, the highway net work planning has great importance to the realization of highway system function in the future.Two regular highway planning method were first introduced, including their primary theories and courses. Based on the comparison of the strongpoint and weakness of the methods, the general frame was created for the rural highway net work planning in west China.After the meaning of research been confirmed, on the basis of the specialty of society and economy in west region, the developing level of rural highway, the effect of rural highway net building on the improvement of economy position condition in west China and the experience in other areas, the development strategy of rural highway net in west region was put forward. The measure of implementing was also analyzed.On the influence of the used development strategy, the rural highway system was divided into two parts: county highway system and village highway system. They have different planning method. For the county highway net, the node importance and traffic position were all considered to prove the necessity of a road. When the rational scale of the net wasn't exceeded and the traffic amount on each road accorded with expectation, the course of designing county highway net end. The directly linking method was used for village highway net design.The above method was implemented in the rural highway planning of Guiyang. |
