Design Of The Video Monitoring System In Distribution Network Based On TD-SCDMA

As the development idea of building an intelligent electricity network was proposed by the State Grid Corporation, by adopting new technology, real-time monitoring and statistical the information in the distribution network is the key to upgrade the power distribution automation and modern management level.Based on analyzing distribution transformer video monitoring terminal and the main station software system functions, the thesis firstly demonstrated the possibility of releasing video communication in distribution network which is based on the TD-SCDMA technology. Then, the system's overall design program was proposed. Based on TD-SCDMA technology, a distribution network video surveillance terminal was designed through selecting LC1808 chip from the Datang Telecom. The designing of the driver layer software, operating system migration, application-layer interface and application layer software was also carried out.Focus on using the Nucleus operating system to release multi-task operating procedures and tenninals embedded video recognition algorithms and achieved an intelligent real-time video monitoring. Secondly, the design released the main station's software system. The video surveillance terminal system in the distribution network was set up. Therefore, the system has a good popularizing value.
