| Smart grid is the inevitable development trend of great power grid, and the digital substation is an important component of smart grid. Along with the great development of digital substation, improving traditional fault recorder to adapt the need of digital substation is necessary.First, the paper introduced the modeling method of intelligent electronic device complying with IEC61850 standard in digital substation, then taking the representative line protection device for example, the paper designed the digital model of protection device in detail, proving modeling foundation of other substation automation equipments and the fault recorder being analyzed in this paper. The network structure of digital substation play a decisive role in the design of fault recorder, and digital substations of different size need different types of network design. Aiming at the typical substation, the paper proposed reasonable network designing method. Finally, the hardware selection and software process of digital fault recorder were expatiated and put up with a more reasonable data format standard of the process level. |
