With the development of power enterprise, reliable,effective and useful advantages of the digital technology in the digital substation are gradually developing.The digital substation is constructed with intelligent and network equipments, based on IEC61850 communication standard, in order to build the Modernized substation, which could make the Intelligent electrical equipments share the information.I am writing to solve the problems existing in the substation, considering electronic transformers,intelligent terminals,network communication technology and the practice of the IEC61850; and in order to scene from the device layout, intelligent terminal technology, process layer and spacing layer solution such as clarified at this stage to carry out the feasibility of digital substation construction and proposed operating practice requirements as well.
