Based on the above two points, the slot plate shape which can be made arched roof in less production materials with achieving the requirements can adapt to the market in China's shape.The author makes optimization design research of colored metal roof groove shape in forcing the metal roof to reach the load requirements with knowledge of mechanic material application and metal technology, which is in order to reduce the colored metal roof production and use cost and promote the use of colored metal roof. And the author designs the easier and more convenient process of trough plates molding in the optimization reacher of board molding process and new chromatic metal roof arch of process, which can reduce process and reduce the chromatic metal vaulted roof production cost. All of above are in order to save more materials and reduce the cost of production and use of metal.Finally the paper gives optimization design on electrical system of the groove plate molding system and introduces the three precisely feeding methods during the stage and introduces the way of precisely feeding using the revolving encoder in detail, which can save raw materials and reduce scrap. |
