Entering the 21st century, with the high-speed development of our country's economy, bridge construction will persistently develop with higher speed and the demand of construction quality will be also higher and higher. The continuous beam bridges have a high proportion among all bridges. Based on the modern control theory, some key construction techniques of concrete continuous beam bridge is studied in this paper. The main contents include the following two aspects.(1) Study on construction control system of continuous beam bridgeThe opening-loop control, closed loop control and auto-adapting control is the main three control methods in the bridge construction. In addition to the four control contents of bridge construction, in this paper, the durability control is suggested as the fifth control content. The linear control method of the continuous beam bridge with middling-span is studied. Based on the modern control theory, the linear prediction feedback control system and the concrete construction control system targeted for durability of the continuous beam bridge with middling-span are established.(2) Research and development of the K-G bridge construction prediction control systemR&D visual construction control system has integrative functions and makes construction control a daily job that construction companies can do it alone, which is one of the development directions in construction control research.Based on control theories of kalman filter and grey system, the K-G bridge construction prediction control system is developed in this paper using the Delphi software. To make linear control for concrete bridge come true, this system integrates three modules such as formwork elevation computing, kalman filtering prediction and the grey system prediction. This system also possesses the output function of graph and text. The two control theories of kalman filter and grey system are also used for identifying parameters, so this system can be used for identifying parameters too.
