Ultrasonics is widely applied in ultrasonic cleaning because of the ultrasonic characteristics of short wavelength, high frequency, strong penetrability, cavitation and atomization effect and so on. Ultrasonic assisted wound treatment could clear the wound without injury, sterilize the wound and improve local micro-circulation to promote wound healing taking advantage of the characteristics of ultrasonic cleaning. Ultrasonic assisted wound-cleaning treatment is made up of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic vibration system, and the core part is the ultrasonic vibration system which is composed of ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn and tool head. The design of ultrasonic horn directly impact on the quality of ultrasonic cleaning. The structure of ultrasonic vibration system in this topic is designed to reach greater amplitude of the front horn. The ultrasonic vibration system designed in this topic is constituted of two grades of ultrasonic horn. And the first class is the stepwise ultrasonic horn with big magnification factor and small shape factor, the second is the compound ultrasonic horn transited with conical ultrasonic horn. In order to improve driven effect and improve system efficiency of ultrasonic transducer, matching circuit is designed based on the ultrasonic transducer designed in the topic. The main work of the paper is as follows:Firstly, theory research of ultrasonic vibration system:It includes working mechanism, frequency equation, resonant length, displacement node, magnification factor, shape factor and so on. The theories provide structure parameters and theoretical basis for optimization of the ultrasonic vibration system.Secondly, finite element analysis of the ultrasonic vibration system is made on the use of finite element software ANSYS. The structure of the ultrasonic vibration system is optimized under the allowable stress with ANSYS. The characteristics of ultrasonic vibration system are as follows:(1) Stress distribution of ultrasonic vibration system is uniform. (2) Larger amplitude of front horn is reached takeing into account the shape factor of Ultrasonic vibration system.Thirdly, matching circuit is designed making use of the method of the equivalent circuit of transducer in order to improve system efficiency of ultrasonic transducer. The matching method in the topic is capacitance-inductance. Fourthly, experimental study is made on ultrasonic assisted wound treatment. Recommendations are put forward combined with application prospects.
