At present many industrial products had high cleaning density requirement, blind holes, cleaning difficults, and the ordinary cleaning affected little, but ultrasonic cleaning can easily solve these problems. In ultrasonic cleaning piezoelectric transducer must work in the resonance state to achieve maximum efficiency. The common method parallel resonant design can ensuring transducer in resonant frequence, yet it reduced output power and efficiency. Though the commonly useing structure full-bridge inverter got a high power output, but its stability was weak, it can easily imbalance each bidge. For more study on these issues, the paper made the following findings:1. Developed a series inductance matching circuit which matched with the transducer, this design make transducer to achieve stability in the resonant frequency.2. After theoretical analysis, half-bridge inverter topology was choosed for main power circuit, the design included the development of the relevant circuit: rectifier filter circuits, power matching circuit, signal driving circuit. These circuit guaranteed the power output meet cleaning requirements.3. Heat disperse, delay protection, overcurrent protection, buffer protection, thermal protection circuits and devices were designed for ensuring generator long time stability With PCB production and assembly of the prototype circuit, test showed that the prototype specifications were as follows: the importation of 220V and 50Hz, output of 578±20V and 22kHz, the maximum instantaneous power was 4.16±0.4kw, and the prototype can continuous working more than 5,000 hours. In the actual use, the workpiece had a good cleaning effect.
