| The great high-rise residential districts have been the main form of our country megalopolis's housing construction in recent years. It's the inevitable choice that megalopolis confront to population scale leap and construction land strictly controlled. This paper reveals the main problem in JiNan great high-rise residential districts planning and construction and affection of dwell comfort on the base of deep investigation of it, analysis the main causes of the problem and propose relevant improvement solutions, and so as to make great high-rise residential districts more comfort.The paper commence from three aspects, spatial organization, parking organization and wind environment, find out main problem of each aspect and explore the cause from the perspective of technical specification, management regulation, design method, and propose the countermeasures. The paper mainly discusses three parts:First, find out JiNan great high-rise residential district's main problem through spot investigation and questionnaire. The problem conclude spatial homogenization, lack lays of graphics and scale exaggeration, residential group green land spatial attribute unclear. Using figure and ground analysis, dimension comparison, outdoor environment assessment and other methods to system explore the causation. The great high-rise residential spatial organization improvement solutions conclude making high-rise outdoor environment quality control index, correct group green land setting standard, adding spatial layer division.Second, study JiNan great high-rise residential district parking organization's main problem and roots of it on three aspects, natural ecology, social ecology and humanized design. Propose improve countermeasure concludes advocate parking form diversification, control base digging area rate.Third, using computational fluid dynamics simulation software Gambit 2.2 and Fluent 6.2 to simulate great high-rise districts wind environment, discusses planning and layout method to avoid unfavorable wind direction, reducing wind speed, control of eddy wind fetch and avoid local fast speed wind. And proposes wind environment improve countermeasure. |
