Gas turbine widely used in aviation,shipping, electricity and oil, as a national level of technology and national defense strength and an important symbol of overall national strength, is touted as the "pearl" of manufacturing industry. In the world, when energy situation is tense, gas turbine, in result of the advantage of burning high combustion ,raise the utilization rate of resources and play a prominent role in.energy reduction.Gas turbine is complex mechanism, and its speed and quality is the key to the characteristics of the output power and influence gas turbine . Many studies have proved that the heat of the rotor gas turbine's support that affect the neutral and overall impact of stiffness are important parameters, so we have to study the characteristics of the power system which is especially critical to revs, balance response, and transfer property . The neutral and the rigid of bearing support is the necessary prerequisite to ensure safe of gas turbine. With ansys and ansys cfx, combined with working condition of the base, the study is constitute of the following aspects:1)According to relevant data and extrapolation, the initial boundary conditions of the cut blocks'relevant part were got;2)Founding a 3D the overall flow mathematical fluid-solid couple model;3)Studying a 3d the whole machine is running above coupling process;4 ) Through numerical simulation, the thermal boundary conditions, geometric conditions of the various parts of the base carried out thermal deformation finite element analysis of the tangential bearing support.5)The dynamic of theoretical analysis and values of emulation is used.The optimal structure of the rotor bearing supports system which is tangent bearing supports system can be found contrasting the EFM fluid-solid-thermal coupling analysis of those four structures. Its least deformation and least eccentricity wonderfully ensure the coaxiality of gas turbine rotor. With a numerical simulation of ways to contain the air conditioner and the support for the gas stream is above coupling, and the temperature, pressure, the velocity of the distribution, a sustained by temperature variations of the strain and the benches stree modal modes of vibration. from the results of the cut to the structure and construction of 60 degrees and 45 degrees, the vertical structure in the heat on to the structure and dynamic neutral neutrality of the best, can better ensure the safety of operation, is the most optimized the supporting structure.
