GIS of power lines can integrate the information of the attributes, distribution, running and production of equipments, providing an efficient and advanced method for production of electrical enterprise and operational managerment. So on basis of distribution network, making use of data model and relation type of G/TECHNOLOGY, this subject created equipment model of GIS of power lines, and developed the function of generating diagram of power lines automatically to prove the rationality of this equipment model, to provide a basis for analysis of electric network and decision aids.As a function of GIS of power lines, best driving path for their repairing has important means for resuming power supply in time and ensuring reliability of power supply. So this subject improved genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm and particle swarm algorithm, to solving this problem.
