The thesis studied the free-vibration self-compacting concrete using as the grout material in block masonry structure. Firstly, the elementary assorted proportion is optimized by using the orthogonal test method. Secondly, based on the optimized core column self- compacting concrete, the experimental comparison study of bending and shearing performance of block wall with core column self-compacting concrete and Cb grout concrete is carried out. Finally, the stability and compressive strength of core column self-compacting concrete in block wall is studied by simulation test. The characteristics of materials, mixing ratio production and construction of the core column self-compacting concrete are researched, and economic benefit of the core column self- compacting concrete are analyzed. The results show that the bending shear performance of block wall with self- compacting concrete is not less than that of CB grout concrete, the core samples can meet the request of strength grade. The comprehensive cost is less than that of Cb grout concrete. It is theoretically and economically feasible that the core-column self- compacting concrete replaces Cb grout concrete as grout material.
