Concrete-filled square steel tube special-shaped composite column is formed by thecombination of concrete filled square steel tubular single limb connected by welding a platewith hole. It is the development of a new combined structure formed on the basis of concretefilled square steel tube columns and special-shaped columns, not only having high bearingcapacity, good plasticity, toughness and superior refractory performance of concrete-filledsteel tube, as well as flexible, easy to decorate to the layout, beautiful building form, increasethe using area, etc of special-shaped composite column. The common forms of concrete-filledsquare steel tube special-shaped composite column includes the ten shape, L shape and Tshape. It’s a structure form suitable for using in the residential building system, which has thebroad application prospect.This article will do the research and the analysis through finite element software ANSYSon concrete-filled square steel tube special-shaped composite column under the state ofbending test. Through comparison of the two results, the feasibility of finite element programis verified.The influencing factors of bending bearing capacity of concrete-filled square steel tubespecial-shaped composite column is analyzed. The finite element simulation of the model isdone based on the orthogonal experiment design. And it is concluded that the bending bearingcapacity is used for neural network training samples.In order to debug the accurate network model, by studying the neural network theory andmethod, correct network structure and network parameters are selected. Through debuggingnetwork model to predict the bending bearing capacity, the comparison and analysis of theresults and the results of ANSYS, the feasibility of using neural network to predict the bearingcapacity is verified.The parametric analysis is carried out on the influencing factors of the bending bearingcapacity by use of the debugging accurate network model. Then the main parameters affecting the bending bearing capacity are concluded, which provides a reference of the calculationmethod of bending bearing capacity of concrete-filled square steel tube special-shapedcomposite column.
