Magnetic transmission is widely applicable to mechanism, chemical industry, automobile industry, civil engineering, electric power project, national defense industry and nuclear industry etc. Because there is much excellence in magnetic transmission, such as its simple structure, is prone to control, environment-friendly, no vibration and noise, over loading protecting etc. I design a new transmission named magnetic transmission of thin-wall roller. The transmission drives load by friction what is produced by magnetic force comparing that drives load by magnetic force traditionally. Besides the generic characteristic of magnetic transmission, fine-tuning of drive ratio is possible and controllable.The article particularly introduces the project process of electric magnetic circuit taking electric magnetic circuit as example. The assignment and method of magnetic circuit designing are involved also. The article calculates the designed magnetic circuit by demagnetization effect. The magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic force are received at last. The article tests the relation between magnetic force and thickness of blocks with experimentation. The mutative trend of magnetic force of blocks with different thickness is discovered and able to optimize the structure designing. We can hereby choose the reasonable thickness of roller. The article finishes the mechanical structure designing of magnetic transmission of thin-wall roller system after having designed the magnetic circuit. The article finishes mechanical analysis of roller by ANSYS10.0. The friction force between rollers, the maximal academic moment supplying to the load system, the adjustable range of drive ratio are able to calculated preliminarily.
