Along with the rapid development of road transport industry, traffic accidents rose sharply, binding by the traditional method of transport of goods vehicles in an accident easily lapse, to make a secondary scattered cargo traffic, resulting in greater economic losses, so the goods strapping device research and development of binding standards have great significance.Criteria for the formulation of laws and regulations need to be constrained based on experimental data, while the test vehicle crash simulation based entirely on the real test is true and reliable information, but the economic cost is too high, not suitable for repeated impact test, and our country is currently no specific goods system performance constraints of the device impact test. Therefore, the design of low cost, and repeatable test results good vehicle collision safety test become all the more urgent.This paper studied the internal and external impact test of security situation and characteristics, combined with the subject of passive safety testing needs, energy absorption in the buffer put forward a comparative study of two pilot programs. Programme 1, the design of disc spring combination can slow. In contrast to the three groups of 6 series disc spring cushion energy absorption effect, it drow that the disc spring combination of stiffness, accounting for space, quality are large, and absorption of energy is poor. Which cann't alone use in the energy absorption, need to be with other system to play its strengths. Programme 2, a new type of adjustable hydraulic cushion to absorb the program, described its structure and working principle, and the corresponding mathematical model, used MATLAB/Simulink to simulate analyse, and obtained similar waveforms and regulations.
