A new rolling friction coefficient model of balls bearing in different environment temperature has been developed based on both elasticity contact hysterics and material parameters of rolling bearing and to analyze friction coefficient features when make 6412 deep groove ball bearings as the object of the research.Firstly, the effect of rolling friction coefficient of bearing was analyzed based on materials compatibility and friction coefficient theoretical model of balls bearing 'inner or outer rings were developed. The extent of effect and laws of friction coefficient was studied based on material parameters and the research outcomes showed that the change of rolling friction coefficient was affected based on elastic modulus and the expansion coefficient. In addition, the rolling friction coefficient is obvious based on load at different temperatures.Secondly, the rolling friction coefficient was analyzed based on different materials matching when make common high temperature rolling bearing materials as the object.material matched at different operating temperature when making GCr15, M50, ZrO2 and Si3N4 as the rolling ball and GCr15 bearing as inner and outer rings, the rolling friction coefficient of Si3N4 is the smallest than other rolling body material (GCr15,M50å’ŒZrO2). In addition, the rolling friction coefficient of ZrO2 is also smaller than GCr15 and M50.The research also shows that the elastic modulus and the expansion coefficient are the main reasons to the effect of friction coefficient based on materials compatibility, especially the effect of elastic modulus. Finally, in order to evaluate the theoretical models and to further reveal the influential laws of bearing'friction coefficient based on materials compatibility. Rolling friction coefficient experiments of rolling bearing was carried out based on several commonly used materials. This paper described the working principle of test-bed, operation control procedures, operating parameters and work considerations. And compared by experiments between ZrO2 ceramic bearings and GCr15 steel bearings based on a variety of given working conditions (dry friction at room temperature and oil lubricated at room temperature), the rolling friction coefficient of ZrO2 is also smaller than which of GCr15 so that the validity of theoretical models have been well verified.
