| Tianjin Port, in north region of China, is an important logistics center, the largest artificial harbor, the port throughput in 2009 is 380 million tons, and the port throughput in 2015 is expected to reach 500 million tons. To meet the development needs of Port throughput, Tianjin port will widen mian channel, the main channel project consists of five regions, Tianjin Port have heavy and complex traffic. Based on the original channel to widen to form a more complex route, the optimization of organization is the key to increase capacity under navigation safety.This paper studied the main channel for the Tianjin Port organizational model of traffic flow, while including the north branch of the channel and main channel intersection of the traffic flow and organization. Traffic flow organization is based on the then regional berth, ship dynamics, navigation and other elements of information collection into and out of port, processing, forecasting, development of rational, scientific, and effective organization of traffic flow, traffic organization's main purpose is to run through water management to prevent traffic the main channel appears crowded and dangerous situation, especially in high traffic density or special transport dynamics may affect the other traffic streams.In this paper, characteristics of Tianjin port and ship behavior, the main priority from the ship movement, traffic flow separation or allocation of space, a particular region of the ship dynamic reports, control the speed of the system, set the buffer vessel and other vessel traffic study analysis of organizational forms to protect the safety of ship navigation on the basis of Tianjin Port into and out of port channel to improve the capacity for the scheduling department, the traffic control department safe flow of scientific organizations, into and out of port ships to provide a scientific basis, to fill the double-channel traffic flow organization of the blank, rich the research of traffic organization.This article in a traffic flow patterns on the basis of the organization, the ship ran for their into and out port time, the waiting time in the model is verified after analyzing the effectiveness of the various sections.
