| The formation of Chinese early-modern city planning was in the massive impact of foreign culture, and affected by the foreign city planning thoughts. From the earliest colony city planning, Chinese early-modern city planning was affected by Western Classicism, occident modern city planning and some third world countries' city planning thoughts, so it is a history of the accept and effect of foreign city planning. The decentralism city planning thought which is represented by Howard's garden city, Unwin's Satellite Towns and Elieel Saarinen's Organic Decentration theory is the most extensive and most profound. From the "garden city" construction in the 1920 era, the decentralism city planning subject in the war to the "Satellite Towns", "Organic Decentration" city planning after the war, the decentralism city planning thought affect nearly thirty years Chinese early-modern city planning(including Japanese city planning practice in Chinese occupied territory).As a part of the research on Chinese modern city planning thoughts, the thesis takes the early-modern Chinese city planning influenced by the decentralization as the research object. Under the era background of early-modern China and western countries, this dissertation analyzes the formation, development, rheology of decentralization after having been introduced into China and its internal connectivity from the social, political, economical, cultural and other multi-angles. The thesis bases on the study of the import, dissemination and practice of decentralism city planning in early-modern China, rounding such early-modern city planning questions as "What is the introducing background of occident modern city planning thoughts? What is the reason of decentralism's active introduction in Chinese early-modern city planning? What is the effect to Chinese early-modern city planning after it was introduced? What is the variation in the Chinese social and cultural background? How was the decentralism city planning applied in the war? What are the questions during the Chinese applying of decentralism? What is the limitation of their practice..." to make an approach, digging the roots of the problems and seek solutions according to the extrinsic manifestation and seeking solutions and the reality of the enlightenment.The thesis takes people's practice as the study subject. Through classifying research of relevant representative planning practice, summarizes the practice features of Chinese and Japanese. The last chapter is the conclusion which mainly be made of the reasons why the centralization theory that is opposite to the decentralization theory was not widely spread in the early-modern China, the summary, reflection and enlightenment to the early-modern Chinese decentralization. Meanwhile, it puts forward the follow-up study on China's decentralization planning and provides the research ideas for further research. |
