Having been widely used at home and abroad ever since , reinforced slope technology has gained great economic and social benefits. While the engineering practice is being under way, the theoretical research has also achieved breakthrough at the same time. However, many problems still remained to be settled which are chiefly expressed as follows:①The mechanism of reinforcement is still in the stage of exploration, not formed authoritative theories of reinforcement;②The method applied in the testing the characteristics of the interaction between reinforced soil surfaces has not yet been unified;③That the materials mostly are judged by experience and the inadequateness of consideration and reserch on the aspects such as creep, aging, laying damage of the materials are what leads to the significant waste;④It is the constantly emerging of the reinforced materials that makes the original reinforced design parameters no longer meet the requirements and need to be adjusted;⑤The design and calculation of the reinforcement distribution usually adopts trial and error method ,which turns out to be of significant blindness ,living theory behind practice,the relevant specification hard to meet the requirement of the engineering construction,and even has restricted the correct application and further development of the reinforced slope technology.Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out the design of reinforced slope engineering and the research of construction technology.Begining with the mechanism of reinforcement, this paper summarizes and analyzes the general mechanism of reinforcement, What's more ,the mechanism of reinforced slope were analyzed and specified from the angle of microscopic view, It also summarizes the type and requirement of the materials for reinforced slope engineering,puts up with the values of two significant parameters comprehending the research results at home and abroad,that is Reinforced materials strength reduction coefficient and Friction coefficient of reinforced soil interface .Morever,based on the summaries and analysis for the various damege types of reinforced slope , this paper discussed the comparison of different approaches to the degisn as well as calculation of reinforced slope so as to manage to put forward a much more rational solution, Besides,it also analyze the surface protection measures for verious kinds of reinforced slope.as well as construction technology and quality control requirements of the reinforced slope engineering.This paper systematically analyses and evaluates the design and construction techniques of the reinforced slope engineering.The achievements and conclusions obtained are of great significance in the ascension of the design, the construction quality for the reinforced slope, and the promoting for the further development of reinforced slope engineering.
