This document generally analyzed and contrasted the arch bridges structure system and construction technology. And also deeply probed the advantages and disadvantages of pre-stressed concrete rigid frame arch bridges and discussed structure and ways of contruction of the steel-concrete composite arch bridge erected by vertically rotating steel arch frames down. And experimental researches on the structural performance of steel box-concrete compositearch bridgesThis research is based on the Xingdeng Yihao Bridge. It has systematic research and discussion on its structure, stress, construction articles and traits of the steelbox-concrete composite arch bridge. In contrast with conventional concrete arch bridge, it proved the reasonability and feasibility of the steel-concrete composite arch bridges through theoetical analysis and construction practice.This paper experimental researches on steelbox-concrete composite arch bridge. and deeply theoretical analysis discussion on its structure and its mechanical behavior. And discuss the conection structural performance beteen steelbox and concretebox. it analyzed the reason of destruction form of beam.The finite element model has been built. Compared with the experimental results, Base on that a more complete calculation methods are proposed to use for the steelbox-concrete composite arch bridge.
