The paper researched on the theoretical analysis of various hazardous working conditions. Through establishing the three-dimensional model of different forms of slewing and device, mast adjustable joint and kelly bar used for mobile rotary drilling rig.The paper carried out simulation analysis on vital structures of mobile rotary drilling rig. The paper made a analysis and comparison between the different forms by software analysis of the stress of slewing and adjusting device and the cloud of displacement, and it also made compare two slewing and adjusting evices impact on slewing ring, so we can obtain a result that the mobile slewing and adjusting device more suitable for mobile rotary drilling rig. Though comparing the analysis of three kinds of mast adjustable joint, the result shows that conjugate adjustable joint has a certain advantage. By comparing the stress with the the cloud of displacement of the same cross-section and the whole that obtained by analyzing three forms of kelly bar .And taking into account the machinability of the kelly bar ,we can obtain the conclusion that the performance of hexagonal kelly bar is the best.In this paper, by analyzing the key structural forms of mobile rotary drilling rig. we provide the methods and referenced data that made the mobile rotary drilling rig can be further analyzed and practical designed and applied.
