As societies industrialize and modernize, the development of electronic power are increasing rapidly. New technology and new sciences make higher demand of electronic equipment applications. In such a trend, the power and frequency of load resonant switching power supply based on soft switching requirements also gradually increase.The paper systematically introduces the load-resonant converter technology, its history and current status. Through research on LCC topology, it also provides an in-depth discussion referring the work principle, work processes, systems characteristics and application method of DC/DC power supply based on LCC high-frequency load-resonant.In this paper, we mainly discuss the analysis of working principle and characteristics, main circuit structures, system parameters analysis and design, control system, drive circuit and system software design. Through the MATLAB simulation study, I focus on characteristics of the system while verifying experiments by the system simulation. Finally, I conducted experiment on the DC side of the closed-loop system. The results of system simulation and experiment have confirmed the reality of the high-frequency base-on LCC load-resonant power supply, and verified the feasibility of the System Parameter Design Method. Meanwhile a very good soft-switch system has been achieved to improve efficiency and reduce system losses.
