Hybrid structure was a complex and continuous entity which was composed of components and structures of different materials properly to resist vertical and lateral loads. However, the theory study on the structures was behind of the project practice at a certain extent at present, and there were also many different mechanical viewpoints on seismic behavior and deformation analysis of the structure at home and abroad. China was one of the countries that suffered the most severe earthquake disasters in history, so the further research on damage process, mechanism and characteristic of hybrid structure subjected to seismic action has a far-reaching practical significance.SRC Frame-RC core wall hybrid structures are used more and more widely in tall buildings and super-tall buildings because of its advantages that develops the features of steel structure and is of better stiffness and fire resistance, low cost provided by concrete structure. So it is researched in this article to discuss some problems deserved study and not solved:the relation betweens the partial damage and the overall damage; the damage order of various components in the process of floor damage; the moving and transforming rules of damage from the component level to the floor level; how to get the floor damage model according to the component damage finally.Structural destroy is a development process that damage accumulated gradually under earthquake, and the partial destruction leads to the overall damage even structural collapse finally. Through summarizes systematically and analyzes comprehensively the results of cumulative damage, we think that the damage from the component level (Weighting Coefficient Method) can reflect the moving and transforming rules better than from the overall level(General Method). So based on the damage model of beam, column and shear wall, the most important design parameters including axial compression ratio, stiffness characteristic value and strength ratios of beam to column are researched. Then develops the finite element numerical analysis software abaqus to analyze the influence of various component damage on seismic performance of floor. Finally, we adopt Weighting Coefficient Method to establish a reasonable model for the floor damage evaluation through analyzing component damage.
